Where Creativity
Gets to Be Free
We’re a queer-owned, non-binary creative studio rooted in Portland, Oregon, helping changemakers build brands that are ethical, regenerative, and rooted in creative liberation.
Creative Collaboration, Reimagined
Our work is anti-capitalist by nature, people-first by design, and always in service of creatives and communities who care about people and planet.
Urgency Is Not Our Operating System
We don’t believe in rushing just to check a box. Our process is intentional, human-paced, and rooted in getting it right, not just getting it done. Whether you're working with a flexible timeline or a firm launch date, we focus on clarity, care, and creative integrity because meaningful work takes time to unfold.
We Design Systems, Not Just Stuff
We’re not just here to make things look snazzy… we’re here to make them work. Every asset, layout, and brand element is part of a bigger ecosystem, built to support your vision, reflect your voice, and carry your values forward over time.
We Co-Create, Not Control
No power plays. No prescriptive processes. We listen, ask the deeper questions, and build in conversation with you. The outcome? Creative work that feels like you.
We Root Everything in Meaning
Trends fade. Tactics change. But your core, your message, your mission, your why, stays true. That’s what we build from. And that’s what makes the work last.
What We Believe
Creativity is a tool for liberation, not just surface level decoration.
Art and strategy belong together. When in harmony, the work hits deeper.
Growth doesn’t have to be fast, loud, or constant to be meaningful.
Your self-expression doesn’t need to perform. It just needs to be honest.
Systems should bend to support you, not box you in.
Design should feel like yours, even when it’s made by someone else.
Meet Natalie Brite
Hi, I’m Natalie Brite (they/them), the founder of DoGoodBiz Studio. I’m a design, a big picture systems thinker, and someone who believes that business can be a force for good, not just profit.
With roots in fine art and philosophy, I’ve always seen creativity as a tool for truth-telling and positive impact. I built this studio for people who care about doing meaningful work without compromising their values.
I am passionate about helping folks to share their gifts in a way that reflects who you are and supports the world you want to help shape.
