Where  Creativity

Gets to Be Free

Our Studio blends creative direction, design, and strategy to help conscious brands and purpose-driven creatives build sustainable ecosystems that care for people, planet, and collective wellbeing.

Creative Collaboration, Reimagined

We help people untangle from the noise of “shoulds” so you can create in alignment with who you are and what you value. Rooted in creative liberation and care for both people and planet, our work centers on integrity, inclusivity, and authentic expression as the foundation for everything we do.

Urgency Is Not Our Operating System

We don’t believe in rushing just to check a box. Our process is intentional, human-paced, and rooted in getting it right, not just getting it done. Whether you're working with a flexible timeline or a firm launch date, we focus on clarity, care, and creative integrity because meaningful work takes time to unfold.

Creativity is liberation

It’s how we resist, reimagine, and rebuild.

We Co-Create, Not Control

No power plays. No prescriptive processes. We listen, ask the deeper questions, and build in conversation with you. The outcome? Creative work that feels like you.

Sustainability matters

For your nervous system and for the planet. Because trends fade. Tactics change. But your core, your message, your mission, your why, stays true. That’s what we build from. And that’s what makes the work last.

Ethics and inclusivity are non-negotiable

The way we create and share our work is as important as what we create.

Meet Natalie Brite

A woman with dark hair and tattoos on her arms, wearing a green shirt and black skirt, sitting inside a small arched alcove.

Hi, I’m Natalie Brite (they/them), the founder and creative director of DoGoodBiz Studio. I’m a designer, writer, and systems thinker who believes that business can be a tool for collective good, not just personal gain.

With a background in fine art and philosophy, my work has always been guided by curiosity, creativity, and a love of ideas. Later, my studies in sustainable development and diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace deepened my understanding of how creativity and systems thinking intersect; how the choices we make in design, business, and community ripple outward into the world around us.

My approach to creative work is shaped by a love for gardening, hiking, and ecology, and by a deep respect for the rhythms of the natural world. I’m passionate about reciprocal, decolonial ways of living and creating… ways that invite us to slow down, listen deeply, and make with intention.

At its heart, my work is about living an artistically liberated life, helping others share their gifts in ways that feel true to who they are, while nurturing the ecosystems that sustain us all.
